The IBC Foundation Board

For 2019, the IBC Foundation had it's largest number of scholarship applications.  Narrowing down the outstanding field of applicants was difficult, so the board decided that there should be multiple recipients.  Finally, four students were  selected because of their incredible resumes. Each student will receive a $1750.00 towards their selected College or university.
